A veg. leaf problem and a Bloom leaf problem.

I've looked through the Forum posts and seen similar photos, but none that look exactly the same as these, so I'd appreciate any comments.

1. VEG.
Grown from "Rocklock" seeds in soil and moved to veg. and into 5 gal. containers on 3/15/10.
Grown under Lumigrow ES LED (blue, red and clear) and 6500K CFL's.
Temp: 72 -78 F.
R/H: 40%
pH is approx. 7.0
Nutrient is 24-8-16.
Ventilation and air movement is good.
This discoloration seems to be confined to the larger lower leaves.
Diagnosis: Possible nutrient burn/deficiency??

2. BLOOM
Grown from unknown seed strain in soil and moved to bloom on 3/15/2010.
Grown under Lumigrow ES LED (red and clear only) and 2700K CFL's.
Temp: 72-78F
R/H: 45-55%
pH is approx. 6.8
Nutrient is 0-10-10
Ventilation and air movement is good.
This discoloration is on top surface of all larger leaves. It does not appear to be from spider mites.
Diagnosis: Possible nutrient deficiency or mildew??

I am going to guess burn on the veg, as for the bloom, I read that using bloom and veg nutes for the first two weeks was good and then tapering the nitrogen down to like 1 or 2, just enough to keep the leaves green. Flush two weeks before harvest

look underneath the leaves with a scope and see if you have spider mites
