Hey guys I think I might have stressed my Auto out to much and now she's turning hermi I think....
Is that crab claw I see there

Oh I think I see it now, do you mean this.

Just pluck that right off. It can happen on lower branch's. I had a midnight express auto that did the same thing.

Ok. Then thenuttyprofessor is right, it's a calyx. You do not want to remove those. If you have some free time, read up on them. Very important part of the plant.

You'll see that at every node. It's the stipules and calyx crossing.

That's it, after a quick investigation, yes that's calyx...

I think I just freaked out looking like a crab claw.. but closer inspection there's two hairs there intertwined
