Anybody ever used LED bulbs

Like these:White 108 LED Home Spotlight Spot Light Lamp Bulb
Its a 5w bulb with 550 lumen output, would this be any good to grow with?

Im not familiar with that bulb itself, but a buddy of mine has about 8 plants vegging right now. One was a runt so he bought a 3 led bulb from home depot and the runt perked up in 2 days. Not sure if it helps or not but LED is always a good way to go. Hope this helps, Stay high!!!
