You'll have a hard time finding buds in scotland, they mostly smoke hash. So as long as you dont mind hash(i dunno why you would), you'll be fine. Just look for people who look like stoners and ask them.
i wouldnt smoke the "soap-bar" hash they sell in scotland and buds are rare, if you dont want to be smoking smack/specialk/glue/oil/methadone/rubber then stay away from the soap bar my friend
