Bloombastic how mutch to use

Can someone give me advice I'm growing 2 plants both ak48 I'm in the4th week of flower I'm using terra Flores and pk13/14 in soil indoors I live in scotland it has to be indoors I've bought a booster called bloombastic but I don't know how mutch to use can someone tell me

Use it beginning week 4 in flowering starting at 2ml per gal

Increase by 1 ml per week until you reach 4ml per gal.
