Actually my friend got caught at school with seeds a while ago .... and they did the same thing as if it was weed ... so i think they are illegal ..

i got pulled over one time, and they searched my car, and found 3 seeds in my car. Lucky the cop said he really didn't feel like feeling out any paper work and let me go for that.
