Are these nutirients okay

Hi im thinking of starting my first grow in soil and the nutes that alot of people on here use are not available to me.... Im in Africa and the courier services wont allow liquids and the ones that do are super expensive due to the weight..... So if someone with expirence guide me in the right direction I would gladly appreciate it.... Below are the pictures with ratios

If thats all thats available to you...should be fine...always start with half/or less the recommended dosage...assuming you have a quality soil MIX...you shouldn't need worry about nutes for a month or so...might be an idea to research some organic gardening techniques with materials that are handy to you and making your grow more cost effective...cheerz...h00k...
