WHAT: Court Support for four defendants in California Healthcare
Collective raid
WHEN: Wednesday October 4th 11:00a.m. is detention hearing, Friday,
October 6 11:00a.m. preliminary hearing
WHERE: Federal Court House near the corner of O St. and Tulare
WHY: On September 27th 2006, California Healthcare Collective was shut
down by the DEA and City Of Modesto. Charges include conspiracy to
manufacture and distribute marijuana, which are legally protected by
state legislation and case law. This is another example of the federal
government's blatant disregard for the well being of sick Californians,
and the judge must know that these defendants are part of a collective
community and do not stand alone.
Please come and let your presence demonstrate that this movement will
not be silenced!
