bat guano for flowering question

Hey folks just wondering I got some bag guano powder for using as a top dressing for flowering the ratio is N-2% P-15% K-2% CAL-15% MG-0·08% firstly is that the right ratio and how many weeks into flower should I start it some people say straight away and some say 2 weeks in and some say only for last 4 weeks so I'm just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the matter for me please ?? your help is much appreciated thanks (",)
