beginner with sum probs growing dutch treat

been in veg stage for approx. 2-3 weeks. starting to turn a very light green, droop and one leaf has a little yellow curl at the tip. it is a clone and its on a 18 on 6 off schedule under 400 watt mh veg bulb running at 100%. With light on humidity never rises above 58 with temp 77-84. with the light off the humidity rises to 62-65 and temp drops to about 68-74. my closet is a rig. wont let me upload pictures....
