Holidays are blooming for me this year!!! It's looking like we will have a beautiful green Christmas!!! I've took a break from my journal last few weeks. The day I changed light schedule to 12/12 (3 weeks ago). I sat back and let her go. Besides watering I've left my plant alone and let her do her thing. I was nervous about the transition from veg to flower. I didn't want to count my chickens before they hatched or embarrass myself on here if nothing else happened. I had a fear no buds were gonna grow it would just veg forever! I feel confident now that I do have nice buds sprouting and we harvested the mother plant a week ago. Very pretty cat tail buds some up to 9 inches long. And the buzz is definitely a sativa hybrid of some sort. It's got the energy and anxiety relief and it's a relaxing body buzz without the munchies. I felt like I took a low mg nerve pill! I'm so excited! To have gotten this plant and not knowing any genetics, but wishing for a sativa dominate plant and actually getting one is like winning the lottery to me. She is still not got the prettiest leaves but neither did mom and she did just fine. The tips have stayed yellow almost entire life! But didnt seem to affect the buds overall quality! I really am proud to have made it this far on my first controlled indoor closet grow. Now I have the confidence to continue on with another plant and have already got some green crack seeds. It's literally like waiting on Christmas morning. I can hardly sleep at night!!
