Bozeman City Commission To Review Medical Marijuana Storefront Policy

The City of Bozeman is looking to cut out the annual process of repealing the number of medical marijuana storefront licenses.

Back in 2010, the city adopted a one-year cap of 20 storefront businesses allowed in city limits.

Instead of having to review the number of licenses allowed every year, the city commission will decide whether they want to adopt a cap of 20 medical marijuana storefront businesses.

The city currently has four medical marijuana storefront licensees.

They are renewed at the beginning of each year and are valid for one year.
