Can i over vegg my plants? when to bud?

I didnt start budding my plants till they were all about 4ft tall because i was saving up for a new light. Is that bad or what because they are all doing very well.

Vegged to 4ft they will likely become too tall for the room.

i veged for 12 weeks now im bending every branch w/ zip ties. i just started 12/12 and i can see its going be tight. but so will the buds. bud for 10 weeks. each has 400w hps 4 cfls and led bulbs red and blue. exhausting through chimney flue because its so stanky skunk #1/nl wonder woman, ak48
and master kush. started at thanksgiving germ.
wish me luck. ill need it.

Just keeping tying down if you have to, and good air flow and an inline fan will also help,thats what I did when I did the exact same situation with a sativa and it ended up being an awesome yielder. Mj is an easy plant to manipulate if you just try.
