Can plants survive and produce after re-veg?

My ? is simple one. I made the mistake of allowing my plant to be exposed to a light leek for who knows how long. She is now on week 6 of flower and super foxtailed. Is there ny hope for her to pull together a strong yield?

I also have a side ?.

My thousand watt light is getting close to 20' away from the top of my girl. I cannot raise it any higher. Should i super crop? (I think i shouldnt seeing how shes lredy stressed). Or should I just tie her down? Suggestions and comments long with any ideas are much appreciated.

tie it in the middle of the stem so the top isn't pointing straight down-

more sideways. that way you don't lose all the auxins.
