Do you need to be a resident of Cali? And do you need a parents permission if your under 18? :biggrin: . Cuz im goin to Sacramento in about 2 months, Just wondering.

A Cannabis Club is a place where medical marijuana patients get their medicine (weed). Currently there are twelve states with active medical marijuana programs (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Vermont, Washington) with California's probably being the most accessible, and best run. To "join" a club, you must first get a written or oral reccomendation from a doctor allowing you access to smoke marijuana for whatever ailment you may have that marijuana can help with.
Then, you must contact the local club you plan on joining or visiting most and find out what kind of identification they require for you to get in. Some places require just a written doctor's note, other places require cards (either independently through said club, or through the county). After gathering the required identification, you can now safely and "legally" visit said club and buy all the marijuana products necessary.
