Cannabis Clubs?

I've seen recently about how someone picked up some weed from the Cannabis Clubs, and the weeds all nice in some little container, and it's some crazy ass name, and get's you high like none other, but i'm asking where do you get these memberships...is there anything special you need to have. If this has been asked before i apologize, or if this is a stupid question, but i just wanna know..i see these pics and i say to myself "I WANT THAT NOW!" but anyways, any explinations to what it is, where it's at would be appreciated. Well, you need to have a legit reason for medical marijuana like a disability. A (girl) friend in Cali. has a medical liscence for PMS though...thats crazy! But yeah I dont really know, I guess in Nor.Cal. it is pretty damn easy to get a card. Hopefully someone else can help, like....PurpleMonkey or I think Northern has one?
