CFL or T5 Lights for cloning

Which is better for cloning the T-5 lights or a 150+ watt CFL bulb.
Any bulb suggestions?

Hi, I love T5s, that said I don't think it matters. May last purchase was a 125 watt CFL. Again whatever floats your boat.

I really like the T5's. The light coverage is incredible and you have a built in reflector.
