Changing lighting schedule question

Hi guys.

I'm growing a few plants under a 600w hps and all is good, but temps are starting to rise. It sure is hot in my grow room, and to counter this, I've decided to change the light schedule (18/6) to 6pm-9am. Currently, it's on from 4am-10pm.

How can I make this change without screwing with my plants? I'm using feminized seeds, and don't want to stress/hermie them etc.

Any input is appreciated

In veg, you don't have to worry about them going hermi from schedule change.

Ok, so what would you recommend I do? Change it gradually? All at once? And at what time? Thanks for the input!

I would just change it all at once to whichever time works best for you. Once you're in flower, don't mess with it of course.
