clone lighting cycle questions

what would be the ideal lighting cycles for clones be ?
would they be diffrent if the clone was taken in vegg, first 2 weeks into flower( the strech period), or into full flower or late flower
also if the plant has signs of a def. Should the clones not be taken untill fixed?

also should u just give them RO water? or should u use a deluted nutes say 1/10 strength nute RO water?

clones can be put on 18/6 or 24/0.
I wouldn't recommend taking clones past the first week of the flowering stage.
I've taken clones from plants with deficiencies and never had a problem.

Give clones plain water until they root and then you can start feeding them in the 200 PPM range until they harden off.

Actually, If the plant is low in Nitrogen then the clones/cuttings will root faster because the level of carbs is higher. I always take cuttings after I flush the mother for a few days and I get %100 rate at rooting using a ezCloner....After roots show you can fertilize them with a 1/2 solution for a week...................
