Coco run-off - Do you check it?

hello everyone i recently started growing in coco, i have checked the run-off everytime i water
my runoff ph was to high for my liking (6.3)
i wanted it to be around 5.8, so i ph'd my water to 5.6 thinking this would bring it down

my question is,
is the run-off from coco any indication of the ph of the coco or what i have been reading conflicting things.

i think im just going to keep my water ph'd to 5.8 from now on

You want pH 5.8 for hydroponic and soiless (peat moss and coco coir) and pH 6.5 for soil. The first runoff will show you the pH of your medium.

Id check runoff from coco as its suppose to be inert

so my run-off pH is 6.4 and im watering with ph 5.8,
so should i lower the ph of my water until the runoff is at 5.8

I would flush your pot with at least twice the volume of pH 5.8 adjusted water as pot size or until your output pH matches your input pH.

I have read not to worry about coco ph runoff mine is at like 6.5-6.7 runoff but I go in at 5.6-5.8 and my ladies look great so far.
