I find most buds that I smoked are picked a bit early for my smoking pleasure. The longer you wait to harvest the more complex cannabinoids will be. For med. pot this would be an advantage! Growers wait an extra week or two for that truly complex stone.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, however I believe CBN is the by-product of the degradation of THC. Which is basically what you're talking about.

CBN is what makes you feel sleepy.
