I have cystic fibrosis. Before I smoked marihuana I was constantly up in the middle of the night coughing. I stopped when I started to smoke. Also, the marihuana made it so that the stuff that was building up in my lungs was being broken up, and it helped clear my lungs so that I could breath better.
