Days till harvest if cannabis left to its own devices

I have a general question on feminized or regular Cannabis's life (not auto flowers) if it is left to its own devises (no pruning, trimming, based on natural light hours) and grown in a suitable outdoor environment? The question comes from the many manipulations of the vegetative stage in these plants by the grower to increase yields and potency. And the veg stage is very dependent on the manipulation of light and pruning by the grower which can increase or decrease the time involved in the vegetative stage in a grow (in particular a indoor grow).
So I have no idea of this plants natural life cycle expressed in time from germination to full flower if left to its own devises. Thanks for the input.......

Well just like the manipulation u mentioned

Strain, pheno, sativa, indica, and all the medium, light, critters, aliens, location on Earth, day night cycle, etc all play a huge part in the complete life of a plant

No exact time for any plant

Two exact same strain and pheno can and will react differently to the same conditions

So..... It's always a crap shoot
