What is Delta 8?
Delta-8 THC is chemically and molecularly different from delta-9-THC by only a few atomic bonds and will give a cleaner and potent high over Delta-9 THC. Delta-8 THC is found in the CBD hemp plant, but not nearly enough to extract just from the plant. Delta-8 is made by converting CBD derived from hemp into Delta-8-THC.
Is it legal?
Yes! The 2018 Farm Bill states that all derivatives of hemp (cannabinoids, analogs, etc.) are completely legal in the United States as long as the Delta 9 THC (specifically) is below 0.3%. Since our Delta 8 is derived from the hemp Oregon Hemp Flower grew it contains non detectable levels of Delta-9-THC. Delta 8 is legal in all 50 states as per the 2018 Farm Bill.
Directions for use: Dosage is dependent on the user. We recommend starting with one half of a gummy before determining how it effects you. Allow one hour after eating to experience any effects. Do not operate vehicles or heavy machinery. Store in a cool and dark place.
