Did I mess up?

I have a question about lighting cycles...I had my girls on a strict 12/12 to see if i had ladies..which I do. But this past weekend, I had house guests and had to adjust the cycles.. I dropped down to 7-10 hrs of light...for 3 days. now I have went back to 24/24 to get them taller before flowering. How is this cycle change going to affect my girls. I have them under a 150w HPS.

once under 12/12 ya should stay there and flower them out. Flipping lights around like that can hermie them out. I don't think you can go back to veggie. Could be wrong. But I don't think so. I'd gettem on 12/12 and let them finish out.

It will take a long time for them to "reveg" but it can be done. Using the hps will slow it further. How big are the plants?
