Dilemma, Opinions Needed

i've got these 20 plants that were started from seed a bit over 3 weeks ago. they are in need of transplanting. i have a growroom ready and the pots are ready and waiting. the problem is the temp. i've had a heater on down there for 2 days and because of outside temps and a basement growroom i can't get it above 63 in there.

so do i keep them in the cups or move to the growroom regardless of the low temp?

transplant and move them. the extra soil around the roots will help insulate them from the cold

also the heat from the lights will increase the temp in the grow room

thanks bro's. i was leaning toward transplanting but needed someone to agree with me
i have no more energy to go down again today so i'll give them one more night upstairs and move them tomorrow
