a drill of some sort. cheap cordless.
a utility knife
a cookie cutter. This 1 is a 2" bought it at home goods store.
a 2" hole saw with arbor
A roll of 1/2" neoprene. Bough 10' roll for like $10 it will make a lot of inserts.
Let's get started.
First you want to place your cookie cutter inside your holesaw, it holds in there pretty snug.
Then you need to roll out your neoprene and just start cutting away. You can cut these out quick, just do 1 at a time.
Before you know it you'll have a pile of them.
Then take your knife and cut a slit in them.
This is what it will look like.
