Do i use adavanced nute part a and b toghter

i am about to start flowering using advnced nutes bloom and there is part a and part b do i use them at the same time or do i use part a first and b last i dont want to mess up the plants i am just curious as this is my first time using advanced nutes i am used to use botanicare so please help
