I have a job interview friday, this is my first job so i'm not sure what to expect. will the test me then and there during the interview or do they refer you to a lab or somthing?

you go in for the interview, and at that time they ask you if you have a problem taking a drug test etc.( this is if their gonna hire you which can be good and bad news haha) but ya. they have to inform you about the test.
and liek i said MOST all places will have you go test after they interview you and decide if they want you to work for them.. if they tell you when you start and dont mention it then your prolly fine.

It depends. I've seen places that test you on the spot, and other places that will send you to a lab.
