I just clipped some of the bigger fan leaves off my plants which are still in the vegatative state. Can I use these leaves for butter or something else? Thanks for any help

i wouldnt have cut them off. avoid cutting off fan leaves on your young plants, they help alot with photosynthesis. probably no use on your leaves except maybe the compost pile

Why would you do that? It needs those leaves to produce sugar, so the plant can grow. If they are in the way of other leaves, move them, tie them, something other than cut them off.

Not much there. THC production comes during flowering. Not saying there isn't any THC in those leaves, just not enough to make it worth the time.

they're only good for the trash can. Once you start flowering, if trichomes begin developing on the leaves, you can save those and make butter, but without the crystals, there is very little THC
