first time closet grow: moby dick by greenhouse seeds

hey guys this is my first post/grow and im a bit worried with how my grow is going my plants for 4 weeks old are looking small and a couple have started to turn yellow from the bottom here are a few photos

Soil type, nutrients used if any? Could be a Nitrogen deficiency but need more information to figure it out. If you haven't given any nutes yet could be a couple of deficiencies causing slow growth or possible lighting and or other environmental issues. How big are your containers you're using and do they have drainage holes on the bottom? Give more info and it is way easier to nail down the problems.
