First time grower

HI Im looking to plant 4 or 5 plants inside for personal use. I am wondering what i need. I have a light but other then that i need some help. Any would be great.

What kind of light and how much are you looking to spend, you can spend anywhere between 300 and 10000 on a grow set up.

I will spend what money is needed to get it going but im not looking for anything fancey just some decent bud to smoke. my light is a floresent(sp) plant light.

im in the same boat as u. have a veg room and a flower room. get some spiral flourescents for veg, and like a 400w hps for flower. im gona use flouranova nutes.

How many watts are you running witht he flouro? The HPS will be great for flower if you only have a few plants, just make sure you have good ventilation pulling heat from the light away from the plants, HPS are hot. Did you start up the plants yet? What size is your grow space? Are you just using bag seed? Good luck man.
