Flip-flop flower rooms and humidity control

Hey guys,

I have 2 flower rooms, each about 50 square feet. They get their air from a lung room, which is maybe a couple hundred square feet. I'm in a humid area, so I run a dehumidifer most of the time. My problem is that the dark room (on the off flip) always has humidity around 60%, even when the room that is on and the lung room is at 50%. I'm assuming its because the room is cooler with the lights off (and under negative pressure).

So should I be worried at 60%? I've had an occasional mold problem, and I don't want to repeat that. Is there anything I can do other than running the dehuey at 35%? I hate to go there, but maybe run a dehuey in each room might ultimately be more efficient?
