You can, but I'm not sure why you would. The time in dark is primarily for bloom signal. Sure, lots gets done in the dark, but it could do it in less I think. Most people I've heard about are trying to get away with 11 dark and 13 light or more, since more daylight means more plant. 13 hours of dark would slow the plant some, if that's the goal, but it might stress it to the point of hermie, too. Or you may not notice a difference, all depending on strain and so much else.
