flowring time 12/12 need youer suggestion

today i am in week 3 in 12/12 and i heve a dilemma .
i heve 3 female plant thet just 2 of them start to flower immediately when i move to 12/12 and the 3th plant not start to show any sign of flowring.
all of them get the same fertilization .
they with 400w.
the strain is Hawaiian snow , big bang , arjan's haze #1.

zif all the plants look healthy keep doing what you are doing. Different strains flower at different times. Some take longer to show than other. If the plants are healthy and show no signs of abuse or stress you are good.

and yes i heve the Greenhouse pack but i am not satisfied from this stock.
in the past from same habitat but strong strain .
