Friend needs help with clones

I am honestly not sure all that he has done with these babies but they need help and I didn't want to give him the wrong advice.

What all do you think is going on here with his clones?

Might be the soil not having enough airation (perlite/lava rocks)

My clones always yellow during rooting after I get them in my dwc buckets they get green and grow fast as hell. I have 14 clones and i only expected 10 to root. All of them did so now i have too many, which is a good problem but yellowing is normal for my clones. I use a clone dome and heat pad and GH rapid start and i use rockwool or rapid rooters
