Good bug or bad bug? Pic

Noticed these little fuckers all year and like spiders, they don’t seem to eat the leaves, just hang out. Haven’t noticed damage. Beneficial or what?

I just looked over A huge pest list and didn’t see anything like that.
Doesn’t really look like white fly or thrips.

Thanks. I let them live but I wonder what they’re up to if not eating plant matter. Assume they’re beneficial then but then the whole ass of u and me thing... I’ll get a better pic in daylight

I’ve also noticed houseflies and spiders just hanging out on my plants without eating them I have to wonder if THC or CBD or some other compound just attracts them or gets them high or something. Might even be reacting to the smell... Sorry for rambling, sort of drunk and high...
