Grinders in the UK

Hey I dont really know where to post this so I though in the General Board. I remember that when I was 15 I tried to buy grinders from markets in my local town or camden and they didnt let me because I was not over 18. I dont see why they cant sell it to anyone regardless of age, as in the UK weed is illegal anyway? Anyone know any reasons why? Sorry if its a stupid question.

They are generally sold as Tobacco Grinders so that would make them an accessory for smoking, which would be illegal for minors to purchase.

If you're over 18 now, we would gladly sell you one of ours.
