Does anyone know how to cheat a hair folicle test? I need help or guidence quick?

Now... this may not help, and it may not be true, but this is what i heard a LONG time ago... for like every inch of hair you have they can trace it back 3-6months. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

How much time do you have. You can always shave your head, and use that shampoo. Let it regrow, then reshave and redo the special shampoo. Give you good odds to pass it.
