Has any one ever had a doctor tell you, "Its okay to smoke weed?

I would like to know just how many people have had a doctor tell them its okay to smoke weed for re-leaf from pain caused by a disability. Now this is where it gets good, what is the disability, were their wittness to the statements made at the time, what was your reaction, your wittnesses reaction & opinion, and are you following the "doctors orders"
Ill start it off.......Yes I have, one doctor has told me through 14yrs of treatment for Crohns three different times to use as much as I needed. Each time Ive had a friend or my wife with me and they could not beleave that they just heard a professional health person tell me to use a illegeal substance.
My friends thought that was cool as they to were "seasond bong hiters" like myself. Now my wife thats another story, she thought I needed to find a different doctor and she is a strongly aginst all drugs, needless to say she deals with may affair with my Mary Jane, just barley. Anyway, YEAZ, Im following my doctors orders almost to the TEE, I just cant afford to smoke that much, and feed the munchies.

my doctor told me when i was in my teens that pot was ok but to stay away from the other stuff(coke,meth,pills). it was'nt for any medical reason,just for kicks i guess. i think cause he was in nam and all the shit he saw there, he knew pot was the least dangerous drug on the market.he even went so far as to tell me it would be better to smoke once in a while than to drink alcohol. needless to say i took this wise mans advice and have never found it to be wrong.

Yes i have. I have hemophilia. Its a blood disorder that disables my blood to form clots, and my body to heal itself. I guess you can kind of say im like mr. glass from that movie unbreakable... if any of you have seen it. It sucks. And i have bad arthritis in my left ankle... and high blood pressure.. I dont need a doctor to say its ok for me to smoke weed lol. Keep on smokin guys. Ill smoke a bowl for yall right now

when i was younger i went to the doctor to go on the pill, and she told me that i shouldnt smoke ciggies on it or some shit but i can smoke as much dope as i want!

My Doc alwayz tells me its okay if i smoke 4-6 times a week, but not 4-6 times a day.

As a med pot patient, I've had 2 seperate doctors recomend marijuana use for my degenerative corneal disease. When I went to see an eye specialist who specializes in my eye disease (my doctor even HAS the same disease!!!), I told him I smoke to relieve the nausia I get from sunlight. He just shruged his shoulders, said "ok, hopefuly I can help relieve some of that nausia as well", and that was it

My doc (which is my family doc forever and my good friend's dad) has never mentionned weed. Lol. I've been thinkin to ask him about it anyways, just for the kicks.

i always mess with nurses and make them uncomfertable by asking them if the meds they are giving me have side affects by mixing with cannabis even though i know the answer. "nope"

Even if a person has never smoked,drank or any of that shit. they still get diseases like Amnesia, they hunch over cause of their back, they need glasses cause they can't see, they drive slow... in my opinion it's almost pointless to die old. Die while your young, at least you'll look good.

Uhh i think you mean Alzheimers not amnesia.

I dont think i would really mind living to a ripe old age as long as i still stay active and not deteriorate mentaly.
