thought I had a ph imbalance. Which I may have. But adjust ph levels 2 weeks. Could this be spider mites, or thrips? Or could it be not enough fertilizer?

Hi
Have you seen anything crawling around?
Scratch soil surface, check under leaves and stem under the pot after watering.
Also, in my signature I have some good links for Pests.
As of nute deficiency or burn check this out
