Poor girl got too hot with lights on last night, moved her further from the light and reduced from 110% to 50%, any other tips?

Read 80 but felt much warmer, knew as soon as I got close to the room something was wrong, down to 35 humidity as well, probably a solid 8-10 hours

I've had cannabis up to 100F w/o issues, especially when they are larger plants. 80-90F is their comfort zone, so I think you are good. Plants need light to grow, so I would focus on air movement.

35%RH is perfect for flowering btw...
