hello all. I am from the dirty d. if you don't know what that is, you probably shouldn't.
I was arrested one time in a national park. I had locked my keys in my car, most likely because I was high
and the nice park ranger who came and unlocked my car for me proceeded to search my shit and arrest me. actually I guess I didn't get arrested, but I did get a ticket. and I did get federal charges.
to make a long story short, I got a really good pro bono lawyer who got my case dismissed because the cop had searched my car because he saw a high times magazine, and then he found the weed.
they later overturned the ruling and I couldn't go out to fight the appeal in person so I had to take it in the ass. $$$ and 1 year intensive probation. weekly visits to a personal counselor, and about 100 drug tests.
