Better to spend your time writing a lawyer's number on your forearm.
As a matter of fact....destruction of evidence may be a crime. Specifically, destroying potential evidence, knowing that the cops are getting a search warrant, might be obstruction of justice.
Call a lawyer before doing anything.
Don't give them a gimme crime to charge you with. A warrant can be challenged at a later time and the evidence perhaps dismissed. But obstructing them from conducting an illegal search is itself a crime. Destroying evidence (that is later dismissed) before the warrant is issued ?????
Where I am from they will charge for anything just to get a dollar, and believe me I know some very good lawyers. But no evidence no crime. I dont want to wait for the leo to make up some more of their lies. but thanx 4 the advice
