Help! I droped my seedling

Whats up guys, today i was doing some changes in my grlow area and i moved my seedling accedently knocking it over. The seedling didnt get smushed the soil on the top fell out. I quickly rushed and added more soil to my pot. This is my first grow so im scared my seedling will die. So had this happend to anyone? My bottom leafs on it turned yellow just the tips.

Tuck her back in gently, she'll be fine. I've had seedlings pulled clean out of their pots by my cat that have soldiered on to flower well after rescuing and re potting.
Don't stress and don't panic, and if the yellow bottom leaves you are talking about are the first little rounded cotyledons then they go anyway.

It'll be fine as long as the taproot didn't break off. So no worries, go on about it like nothing happened

Thanks guy i was really scared my seedling was going ti die because it happend to a friend of mine.
