Is my seedling dead?

So I planted my seed 3 days ago and it broke through the potting medium today, however, some of the tap root started to grow out of the soil. To rectify, I replanted the seedling so that no root would show and I'm afraid I may have killed the seedling. Some pics are below; what do you guys think? Is it a lost cause? I appreciate the help!

P.S the shell fell off while I was replanting.

Good advice, I think it's already recovered perfectly! I'll add a pic

Learn from this, you shouldn't have messed with it. You might not be a new grower but a typical rookie mistake is to panic at the unknown, which is pretty much everything for a first time grower, and there is where mistakes are made.

Glad to know she recovered.
