Help! I have a bug problem

Hello I have 4 Autoflowers sitting right outside a grow tent with plants flowering in it. I recently noticed a flying insect around the plants a few days ago, wasn't able to get him until today. 20 minutes later I return to look at the plants a bit. I finally noticed a bug hanging on the underside of a leaf. Here's a couple pictures of that.

So far I've killed two of them and saw another hanging on the tent. This is the first time I've seen more than one at a time.

There is also this hole in a leaf I noticed 2 days ago. Does anyone know what this hole is from? Is it from these flying insects or from some other pest?

Here's a picture of where the plants sit. This is in a basement. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It looks like a mosquito to me. If so, It wouldn't have made that hole.

I agree the bug that was hanging on the plant/laying dead in the paper towel looks like a mosquito.

What about the other dead one on the piece of paper? Is it a Gnat?

There are a ton of mosquitoes out this time of year where I live and are commonly seen in the house. Are they dangerous around Cannabis plants?

Skeeters don't pose a problem for plants. That hole looks like mechanical damage, not bugs.
