Help needed please

What do i need to do to sort that problem out ? And am i right in guessing its because i used too much nutes in my feed.......i will update pics from day 1 to the present now thanks for your help

day 20
Lil update : installed a 2 air stones + 2output air pump...up'ed the feed to 5/15min feeds ... changed 4pots to 11L instead of 6.5L ones gunna change other 4 in 2 days when i also change complete water tank with fresh nutes and see what effecrs the air pump has made
