Help needed

Hey everyone, I've decided to try out a new grow medium because I had a reoccurring pest problem. What I am using now is rockwool blocks and my plants aren't looking very healthy at all and are in fact stunted. The plants look overwatered to me but in experiencing yellowing of the lower leaves and the leaves are curled and firm like in overwatering. I let the rockwool dry out but nothing is fixing it please help .
