Help Picking Out Grow Tent/Closet

Hi All, I am an absolute newbie to growing. I want to get a 4 foot grow box/grow tent with everything included but have no idea what is junk and what is quality. I would like to produce at least 6 oz a month. I am tired of over paying for my meds. My budget is about $1000.

Thanks for your help. Can you tell me the major difference between the gold and silver packages. Is the lighting and all worth the $200 bump in price. Also this is my very first grow. Should I go hydroponic or soil. I have heard the benefits/drawbacks of both.

I always recommend soil for beginners because it is very forgiving of mistakes.

The $200 is worth it if you want some of the most respected equipment around. If you don't mind, the silver is a close second.
